Mechanisms involved in the fabrication process of these materials are one of the main research interests of our team. Polymers, graphene, and graphene derivatives are the main building units and we are currently trying to prepare hyper-porous hydrogels and aerogels from different polymers, graphene oxide nanosheets, and graphene quantum dots.
